Terms and Conditions All items are 100% handmade. This means there will be slight variations in each piece, and no two items will ever be quite the same – so basically, you know you’re receiving something truly individual! All jewellery findings are silver or gold plated, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Paypal - The easiest way to pay is through Paypal. You don’t need an account to pay using this method, you can enter your card details as normal without signing in – it is just a secure payment method. Cheque – I do accept cheques. If you would like to pay by cheque, then please email me with details of the items you wish to purchase. Delivery will take longer than the 3-4 days specified when paying by cheque. I will let you know an estimate delivery date when you contact me.
Postage & Packing is a flat rate of £2.00 Items will be dispatched within 3-4 days of receipt of your order (unless paying by cheque) – usually within 1-2 days, but there may be the odd occasion when it takes a little longer. All items are sent out 1st class via royal mail.
Returns can be made if you are unhappy with an item. Any return will have to be received back within 2 weeks of the original purchase. Please make sure you contact me before sending anything back, as I cannot accept returns otherwise. Any item being returned will need to be sent recorded delivery, to prevent any issues with items being lost in the post. A full refund will be made to you, on receipt of the item, providing it is received back in the condition in which it was sent. Unfortunately I cannot refund you the price of postage. Anything else?
